Bravia is a flip phone that can be flipped both horizontally and vertically, thanks to its two way hinge. This beauty will be available in three colors – black, red and silver, and measures in at 111.0 x 51.0 x 18.0 mm. The 3.2-inch, 480 x 854 pixels TFT screen is smaller than the one found on X10, however this isn’t necessarily a disadvantage.
Bravia is not all about looks either. The Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD8250 1 GHz powered handset features an 8 megapixel camera and other goodies like accelerometer, turn-to-mute and TV tuner. However, GPS support is surprisingly absent.
Bravia S004 is expected to be launched in Japan during the 3rd quarter of this year. Although, the price is yet to be announced, I wouldn’t expect it to be cheap.
